We traversed state lines, meticulously exploring every casino in our path, armed with a discerning eye for latent opportunities. This dogged pursuit eventually led us to an unexpected yet pivotal meeting in South Dakota. This was the beginning of a monumental undertaking that saw us navigating the aftermath of 9/11, raising funds, and assembling a formidable team to take over these establishments. By April 2004, we had transformed not just the skyline of downtown Las Vegas but also the very fabric of its gaming industry. Our endeavors led to the creation of iconic landmarks like the Circa and the redevelopment of the Nevada Club into Las Vegas City Hall, among others.
